A) develop a context-level data flow diagram for systems such as a hospital. Use any data you have subsequently generated with your group about the system you chose. (Hint: Concentrate on one of the company’s functional areas rather than try to model the entire organization.)

B) Using the context-level diagram developed in Problem 1, develop a level 0 logical data flow diagram for the system. Make any assumptions necessary to draw it. List them.

C) choose one key process and explode it into a logical child diagram. Make any assumptions necessary to draw it. List follow-up questions and suggest other methods to get more information about processes that are still unclear to you.

D) You should introduce the system and describe the data movement from source to destination and use the data dictionary to describe all external entities, processes, data stores, and arrows.

E) Use MS Visio to Design a Web-based form to accomplish this task.
