Women's best is fully equipped with workout equipment, hands on trainers and health educators, and helpful workout regimens much like other gyms. In contrary, Women's best goes beyond what to supply additional before and after workout care essentials such as protein shakes (carrying varieties from organic to vegan recipes), spa units (including sauna rooms), along with additional personal health mentors available for in-person and online interactions. With all of these amenities we are able to provide, our goal is to vigorously promote women's health throughout the Country, not only because many women lack the knowledge and proper help but also because women are a pillar for our community and ecosystem.
The target markets that we chose is women and young adults that live in the United States because many women struggle with eating disorders and do not know how to take care of their bodies the right way. In this facility, women will learn how to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. This facility is for women who are not taught correctly about how to lose weight or gain weight since some women suffer from distorted eating. A large percent of these women don't know how to find out what foods will help them in their goal of losing, gaining, or maintaining their weight. The gap that our product is filling in for is big commercial gyms such as Planet Fitness. While being in the gym the level of comfort that women want to feel is low because it feela like men are looking or watching them. Also while working out in a place girls feel comfortable helps women stay motivated to continue to keep up their diet and exercise, we are creating women's community center to be safe place for young women to work out and get advice on their body, diet, and weight training. For instance, in regular gyms many women complain about not being comfortable working out because they feel as if men are watching them and always trying to talk to them. The women's center would fix problem this problem because it would be full of women working out and getting information sessions on how to properly workout and maintain a healthy balance in their diet because the same diet does not work for everybody. Also since there are no men in the establishment there is no reason for girls to feel unsafe while working out. This center gives women the opportunity to gain knowledge on how to take care of their body and be taught about proper nutrition to keep a balanced diet to make sure that they are eating enough. This women's facility is also a safe place for women of any body type to come in and workout.
The main features that our company will have been coaches and exercise classes, hosted information sessions about proper diets and how to take care about their bodies. This facility is offering hardworking employees, scienced based research, a brand, and a well-maintained weight room. The trainer will coach the women during the work out classes and teach them how to keep their bodies physically fit. The information sessions will teach women about their bodies and help them better understand how to care for their body, and the session will teach them what foods is healthy for them to eat, how to continue to have an adequate diet. The women center is different from other gyms because it will help young women understand how to take care if their bodies and learn what foods work for their diet plan.
