Word frequency calculator in Flask - Python

Create a web app that takes input from the user in the form of text and when the user clicks on submit, displays the contents of the dictionary to the user in the form of a table with a table heading for Word and Count.

What I have so far isn't working.

Please help me create a webapp that works.
