Reflect on the original purpose and challenge the team set. Assess how closely the team achieved milestones set and consider what worked, what didn't and what you would recommend to the organisation for consideration, for future changes business wide. Analyse and summarise the measurable outcomes, based on evidence gathered. Make a cost vs benefit analysis - determine if adopting the change would be worth it to the business, all things considered.
