3. Depending on the number of models offered we will offer incentive pay to reduce rejects and increase productivity but not exceed $4.00 per pair
4. Annually provide best practices training in all regions of between $200-$600 per worker but not exceeding this amount as the benefits above this were not worth the expense
5. Offer higher supervisor salaries and ratio of workers to supervisors to enhance attention to detail and productivity
6. New equipment so employees can produce pairs at a faster rate
