Working as highly qualified systems analyst consultant, client management has asked me to provide the organization with a direction for upcoming, new system design and development work.

Client management ask me one important, initial question ... "Should we use Scrum or Kanban as a development approach for these new projects?"

Can you please help me to learn about

1. both development methodologies... Scrum and Kanban.

1. Provide a discussion that details what the basic features are of both methodologies.
2. Discuss when and under what condition(s), each development methodology would best be used.
3. Provide an example of the type of project that would best fix the use of Scrum and one that would best utilize Kanban.
