Working in a team collaboration business strategy activity helped me acquire several valuable skills. Examples include: Communication Skills: I realised that communication is crucial in a team setting. For example, when we presented ideas during a team meeting or writing concise emails to update team members about a project's progress. Sometimes team members did not respond to emails for communication, I found out that gentle persuasion and persistence helped to get everyone back to our collaboration activities .This improved my problem-solving skills considering that the group did not meet physically but found ways to get the work done. For instance, if the project was falling behind schedule, as a team I contributed to brainstorming solutions to get back on track. Interpersonal Skills: Working in a team requires interacting with a variety of personalities. This can help an individual learn to work effectively with different types of people.
