Workplace Violence Scenario

A customer was angry because he believed the pizza that was delivered to his house was too cold. The customer drove directly to the pizzeria angrily and forced his way into the kitchen before being calmed down and offered a free pizza. However, as he waited outside for the pizza, he decided to enter the pizzeria again, and argued with the manager. After the pizzeria cashier attempted to intervene, the customer knocked her down and dragged her across the floor, striking her several times. The alleged attack left the cashier with cuts and bruises on her face, neck, legs, arms, and back.
