would you help me writing a perfect conclusion for the following:

Introduction:

Leaders foster a good work environment by fostering cooperation and communication, besides stimulating and inspiring employees to achieve the company's goals. When attaining objectives, leaders offer direction, encouragement, and inspiration. It would be challenging to succeed both personally and as an organization without effective leadership. Thus, for every company to realize its full potential, strong, capable leadership is necessary (Masse, 2022). However, the fact that every leader is developed with distinct traits and skills that they utilize in their personal or professional life cannot be ignored. Some of the skills acquired by different leaders make their leading style alluring while some encounter problems in accomplishing their tasks and checking for room for improvement through self-assessment or any similar test is an acceptable step. Self-evaluation serves the dual purpose of assisting a person in realizing their own limitations and making improvements. When an employee starts self-evaluating for the first time, it might be intimidating, but with time, it becomes more instinctive (2023). The purpose of this reflective essay is to analyze the results of the self-assessment test I have taken commencing from the explanation of strengths and weaknesses, followed by finding the best communication style, career paths, leadership styles, and self-awareness. In the end, I have discussed about the action plan that I will adopt in my life to polish my leadership style and set career goals. I delved deeper into every mentioned concept in the impending paragraphs.

Evaluation and analysis of my test:

The self-assessment report has revealed that I am totally upfront owing to which I am able to work on my endeavors since being honest with oneself, for me, only means that one can work on the flaws if he has any or foster the talent that he acquires. I am also known for being an optimistic person in situations that may stress out the people. Honestly, there are many events that happen in a person's life in which they must come up with ideas that only a leader would think about, and this way, I have also turned myself into a leader who prefers prioritizing things that matter such as finding a solution to a problem first rather than being dilemmatic. Not only this, but I also take responsibility for the actions that I take in a condition that I believe a leader should do. In this way, I will be able to set a good epitome in my team by not blaming anyone for my faults, if any, in the room.

Moreover, being punctual, either for my classes or my business meetings, is another trait that aids me in building my character as a good leader together with, my work & university life do not collapse with my very personal life since I have the capability to create a border between them. To be more precise, I am currently in the phase of my life in which I attend my university lectures and work side by side to get some Canadian experience, however, with good leadership skills, I conquered separating my personal, professional, and educational lives. Even though, so many things and work going on, I do not get distracted with the things giving temporary joy that highlights my characteristic of good focus and concentration.

Turning towards my contribution in a team as a leader, personally, I believe that the skills and characteristics required to be a great team worker are innate in me since my family especially my father has been administrating a school with the staff for a while and he has always been a successful dean for me and the school employees. To elaborate this, likewise my father, I am a clear communicator with strong organization skills, and I always try to possess integrity to gain the trust of team members. I always have this thinking as an influential leader to help manage change in the workplace by gaining the confidence of co-workers through effective decision making and communication. Not only at workplace, but leadership abilities are necessary throughout life, whether one isleading a group of classmates to complete a team assignment, training a group of kids on a sports team, parenting one'sown children, chairing a committee at work, school, or church, or even someday running your own business.

Strengths and Weaknesses:

Following that, I determined, based on the evaluation of my leadership self-evaluation exam, that I was aware of the strengths and weaknesses of my leadership style; nevertheless, a few were new to me, and I was unaware of them. My leadership style exhibits modest leadership talents that can serve as a solid foundation. The first and foremost strength that this test reflected in me is personal stability that I totally agree with. I scored 10/10 in this test. To elaborate this, leaders express their personal consistency by displaying psychological and emotional competence in how they speak and act, maintaining secure in their own talents even when tested, and being constructive even when the odds around them are everything but optimal. Linking this with my personal life, there have been some of the scenarios in which I have suffered although they have taught me the most of life stability. I, admittedly, believe that personal stability is a hallmark of a great leader.

Furthermore, being productive is another quality that I was aware of, and the exam confirmed this. I consider myself productive because I have begun to prioritize critical chores, set and work toward objectives and deadlines, and use time solely for solutions rather than issues. The test has also revealed the importance of leadership by mentioning the epitome of Bill Gates that how his schedule was filled with customer meetings, audiences, press, receptions and many more that he gained by putting his creativity level in the reality. He sets a vivid and pragmatic example of a productive leader.

Turning to self-management level and boundary setting test assessments, dealing with emotions, keeping schedules under control, and exhibiting self-discipline are some of the abilities that the former seeks, whereas setting boundaries in how we live that keep us from or at least mitigate the effects of becoming overburdened is the latter technique that a leader ought to develop. Primarily, when I first started my job in a bank as an employee, coping with the schedules and managing my work and personal life were the bottlenecks for me, however, succumbing to the hardships was never a thing for me and standing against them had taught me self-management not only as an employee but also as a leader. Other than this, setting boundaries to minimize burnout was also a challenge for me as an employee, but dealing with the difficulties that arose as a result was a success for me as a leader. When I was in the process of getting promoted, I learnt to save up reserves of mental and physical energy in case an unanticipated crisis occurred, so that I would be less likely to weather the storm efficiently.

Weaknesses:

To begin with, the only weakness that I would like to highlight here is being able to bounce back from setbacks and maintaining a resilient attitude. This happens due to failing to set clear expectations or to set clear goals or objectives. No doubt, I scored high in the test but my instincts say that there is still room for improvement as if I am unable to tell the employees or my counterparts what to do, they would become less motivated and less productive. Besides this flaw, I have some failing points in providing effective feedback since this is the only way to tell a person working under, for or with me that he is excelling or potentially, falling short (Herrity, 2023).

Previous achievements:

The ubiquity of my all-identified talents and flaws may also be found in my prior accomplishments or living condition. After completing my master's degree, I was able to get placed in a reputed company as an internee where I set wheels of my career, and it keeps on running till now. The predominant reason for being employed by the end of my studies is because of my personal stability that assisted me to build my personality and change the life I was living as a student. Being an effective communicator also provided me aid in getting to the acme of the success during my struggling period in India since these two skills helped me to build a good network.

Moreover, being optimistic always brought me the best opportunities in my life and this is one of the best ways of living life in an easy manner. After my internship, I was more self-confident about my capabilities, and I started exploring for better job opportunities. After a thorough research, I was offered by one of the leading banks of India for an interview in my city, Delhi. Getting an interview as a fresher was not an easy task since the bank only looks for a person who would be compatible with the environment of the bank. I was determined enough and cracked that interview. Clearly, that was not enough for my growth so after 3 years, I decided to carry forward the business of my father. We were solely running an elementary school and I took over all the responsibilities of school ranging from managing funding, hiring staff, doing paperwork to running a payroll of every staff member and making sure about the quality education and resources in the school.

Problematic situations:

Not being prepared for the sudden changes (good and bad) was a major downfall for me because I, likewise the whole world, was not prepared for the COVID-19 condition that degraded my performance. Therefore, our school faced some repercussions due to a non-resilient attitude.

However, I had to work on this limitation of mine, so I decided to move on and planned to come abroad for further exploration. Currently, I enrolled myself in MBA in University Canada West.

Leadership style:

Looking into and observing my prior experiences, I vehemently espouse that my leadership style is autocratic since I was solely administrating most of my school tasks and I required very less input from the staff working there. Their feedback worked best for me to investigate the matter they wanted me to see. When a leaderdoesn't have time to gather opinions and consider options, autocratic leaders excel at making quick judgments and pushing forward (Miranda, 2023).

Typical occupations and career paths:

In autocratic leadership, the leader has complete authority over decision-making and command of the organization's staff. Common occupations and job titles associated with this leadership style include, for example, management roles, political positions, military leadership positions, and CEO jobs, among others. Such people should be in situations where they can make judgments quickly and without consulting others. This type of leadership style may be effective in organizations with a well-structured hierarchy and where a strong leader is required to maintain contact with personnel.

Based on my personal assessment results and awareness of various approaches to leadership, I am ready to change my professional path and look for opportunities where a different leadership style could be more suited. I think that combining multiple leadership styles is the key to accomplishing goals, but I maintain a flexible approach by learning new methods to influence and inspire others.

The self-audit revealed that I have a mix of leadership styles, but I believe that a democratic or transformational leadership approach would be best for me. Working together with team members, guiding everyone through decision-making processes, and pushing team members to work hard toward a common objective are examples of these techniques. The styles, I believe, are congruent with my beliefs and skills as a leader, and they have the potential to increase individual and team performance.

I've worked as a leader in a variety of scenarios throughout the years, and my leadership style has changed depending on the environment and the individuals. For example, in a crisis or high-stress scenario, I may adopt an autocratic style in order to make speedy choices and maintain control. In a more creative and inventive project, I will use a participatory or transformational leadership style, allowing members of the team to feel included and contribute their thoughts, ideas, and talents.

Increasing self-awareness:

I may attend professional training and workshops, get input from colleagues and mentors, and engage in ongoing self-reflection about how much my actions affect others. Because self-awareness is vital in leadership, I can improve my interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as master delegating duties and trust my team's talents. By consistently learning and evolving as a leader, I can increase my effectiveness and motivate my team. The self-assessment exam has increased my awareness of myself as a leader greatly. These allowed me to recognize my own leadership style, strengths, and weaknesses. This helped me understand my natural leadership tendencies and how I may improve and develop as a leader. This understanding allows me to be a more effective leader by allowing me to adapt and adjust my leadership style to meet the needs of different situations and team members.

I gained a fresh perspective on managerial approaches and team dynamics after taking a self-assessment test. I discovered how important it is for me as a leader to be adaptable and flexible in my approach, because a one-size-fits-all strategy may not be appropriate in all circumstances. It also emphasized the significance of receiving input from others and acquiring knowledge about leadership to be a holistic leader.
