The Governor has tasked you with the duty of implementing more prosocial activities to implement into Ortem State Prison to better prepare the men for successful reintegration back into society when their time comes. The Governor also wants you to work on providing better leadership training and opportunities for your staff. Writ a letter response to the Governor stating which new programs and activities you will implement for male inmates. Explain/justify why these programs and activities are advantageous. Also explain the leadership training and opportunities you will offer your staff to build stronger leadership within your prison staf.
