Do a deep dive analysis on a large well known Multi-National Corporation (MNC) headquartered overseas. Systematically dissect the MNC and its country of origin using research and state of the art analysis. Become prepared to analyze any MNC and assess its strengths, weaknesses, and future in terms of national culture, political economy through global branding, and supply chain management. This is a project to go on top of your portfolio.

Project Information

• This is an INDIVIDUAL project.
• Week 1 will be focused on selecting a large well known Multi-National Corporation (MNC) that isNOTheadquartered in the USA. This will be a firm that has a substantial record of being analyzed through published material that can be found in the DeVry library or elsewhere. Examples are Siemens, Toyota, Saudi Aramco, Nokia, Foxconn, Royal Dutch Shell, Volkswagen, BP, Gazprom, Fiat, Sony, Samsung, LG, Alibaba, Schneider Electric, Acer, inc, JP Morgan Case, Fujitsu, Lenovo, SAP SE, Hitachi, BMW, and Bayer.
• This assignment builds week by week with two reports (weeks 4 and 6) and a culminating final course project presentation in Week 8.
• You will apply concepts from the textbook while conducting substantial research on the MNC selected. In two different reports, you will deliver in-depth research in a Word Document that contains informative graphics as well as substantial information and analysis.
• At the end of the course, you will deliver a presentation using narrated PowerPoint or a video technology such as Kaltura that provides a 12 to 15 minutes summary of the reports along with recommendations for marketing and for research and development (R&D).
