write a Business case in 3 stages. The Interim document is the 1st stage of this process. Your language needs to be clear, concise, and cohesive across all elements. The interim document adheres to APA referencing requirements.

Scenario:

Organisational success relies on the ability of employees to achieve a company's goals. This ability largely comprises competencies which workers must demonstrate to meet both individual and departmental objectives (Ibrahim et al., 2017; Mcdonnell & Sikander, 2017). While it is vital for employees to exhibit proficiency in all aspects of their job, this is rarely achievable. Each individual arrives at the workplace with a defined set of skills and most workers will need further skill training at some stage of their professional life. Forward thinking organisations acknowledge this skills gap and demand a more personalised approach to employee competency development (Kolding et al., 2018, p. 185). Commitment such as this encourages loyalty and staff members see themselves as valuable to the business.

Your workplace management committee have identified various employee skills which require upgrading. One particular area of concern is the teamwork competency of workers. You have been appointed to research this competency identifying 2 teamwork skills that you believe employees in your profession need to be successful. You will provide methods to show how these skills can be improved in your professional context as well as consider the implications that these methods generate. The management committee has requested that you develop a business case that justifies the importance of these employee skills. This requires you to submit an Annotated bibliography entry and Interim document demonstrating your research progress. This will then form the foundation for your Final submission and Oral proposal to the management committee.

This is an authentic assessment because it is replicating a client focused project common in the real world.
