Write a business proposal about:

The liberalization of the energy market in the European Union: impact on Morocco.

The tasks are as follows:

-Task 1: The heading, the purpose, the summary, and the first paragraph of the Discussion-Introduction

-Task 2: finish the introduction ( 2 or so more paragraphs, and 3 more paragraphs concerning RELEVANT information/studies about the project/research such as criteria and so on ( please refer to the sample he sent us )

-Task 3: add more of task 2 if available and manage the costs part
