Write a C++ program that accepts (reads from the user) the names of two input files and the name of an output file. The program should create the output file so that it contains the first 10 (ten) lines of the first file (or less if the file contains less than 10 lines) followed by the 10 first lines of the second file (or less if it contains less than 10 lines).
