Write a C Program, that takes in either a binary or decimal number from command line input. Given a user choice of "b" or "d", it converts the number to either a binary number or decimal number. It should handle numbers up to 0xFFFF and throw an error for larger numbers. The methods to convert the binary to decimal and decimal to binary should be recursive.
