Write a c++ program to find the Fibonacci number of an integer. (Fibonacci sequence is 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8,..... corresponds to fib(0), fib(1), fib(2)...... ).

1. Construct a recursive function named fibonacci().

2. Function take an integer as parameter and return the fibonacci number of that integer.

3. Program should ask for an input from the user.

4. Program should print result as a formatted output.
