Write a C++ program which will create a menu based caf (caf is having softdrinks (each cost Rs. 30 on regular bottles), burgers (each cost 150) and pizza (each cost 500 for small size pizza). Caf is giving 5% discount to students so there is any student who provides his/her student card he/she is given discount on total bill. You have to design a C++ program which will ask user about his/her order, then asks him/her if he/she is student or not and at last displays the bill of order. Your program should run as long as user wants to run it.
