Write a c$++$ that examines a given puzzle in a text file to determine whether the puzzle is correct or not. The program asks the user for the file name and reads the puzzle to a $2$D array. Then it outputs the puzzle and reports the first row and$/$or column which causes the problem if the puzzle is incorrect.
