Write a change management plan that could actually be implemented at your service industry. Include stakeholder's involvement and concerns, governance, CAB, differing types of change and anything else you feel would be essential for proper change descriptions, evaluation, and execution. Keep in mind the people who will be filling out these changes and if you were the person having to approve them. People are lazy. What would you require to make sure the change request form is filled out with enough information for the CAB to approve it intelligently.
