Write a defense for Brett.

Aaron died at the age of 85. Six months before his death he drafted a new last will and testament leaving his entire estate to his girlfriend, Madison. She is 45 and he met her one year before his death. Aaron left no assets to his only child, Brett. Aaron drafted his own will by finding a form online. The will was signed and dated and two neighbors were the witnesses. The neighbors remembered signing as witness but do not remember anything else about the signing. Late in his life Aaron had some memory issues. He knew his address and his child's name but sometimes would forget to pay his bills or to shut the garage door. Brett brought an action to set aside the will.
