Write a function called snow_report which takes two inputs. The first parameter is a dictionary that contains snowfall data for a set of months. The keys in the dictionary are the months (as strings) and the value associated with each key is a list representing the amount of snowfall for every time it snowed that month. The second parameter is a string representing a month. The function should return the amount of snow associated with that month. t If there is no snowfall data for that month, or the month does not exist as a key in that dictionary, the function should return 0
