Write a paper about a microprocessor. You will select a microprocessor architecture of your choice $($it should not be the $68$HC$11$ and the ARM ARchitecture!$).$For the microprocessor architecture selected, you must discuss the following topics at a minimum.

$-$Hardware characteristics, structure and architecture

$-$Include several examples of assembly language instructions specific to your selected microprocessor

$-$External components that interface with the microprocessor

$-$Methods of external interfacing

$-$Examples of control signals for read $/$write instructions

$-$Current applications

$-$Future plans and projections

You can select multiple microprocessors if enough information cannot be found on the one you choose. If multiple microprocessors are selected, for each topic discussed, compare the difference founds for each.

$$Your paper should be organized in three sections. The introduction section discusses the microprocessor you chose, why you chose that specific microprocessor and its history. The body of the paper discusses the details of the microprocessor as listed above, including pictures and diagrams. The conclusion of the paper summarize any main points including future plans and projections.
