Write a php page that show a list of all 50 US States Flags

If one of the flags is clicked, a new page must open with state information about the year it was formed, the current population, the size of it in square miles.

Submit the URL of where it can be accessed

I need quite a bit of help as to where and how to put the images in the code. Please show where with examples. How would I go about writing this?
