Write a PowerShell script that validates and authenticates an IP address. The first function accepts a string parameter and checks if it is a valid IP Address using regular expression. The second function then looks for the IP address in a valid IP addresses file. If it IP address exists, then it displays message- You are validated and authenticated to access reserved material, otherwise it displays: You are not authorized to access reserved material.
