Write a procedure for a simple task, such as tying a shoe or brushing hair. Pair up with a classmate, and then have the classmate follow your procedure exactly to see if he or she can successfully complete the task. Ask the classmate to give you feedback on your writing. For example, is the procedure accurate, complete, and easy to understand? Refine your procedure based on any observations you made while your classmate was following the procedure and based on his or her feedback. Have the classmate follow or review your refined procedure and provide any additional feedback.
