Write a python function that takes two inputs an integer, and a string where each letter's value is her rank in the alphabet. The function will return the location of the letters that values are higher than the integer, as a list. You are not allowed to use dict(), any, all, lambda ... etc.

>>> high_letter(6, "come"):

[2, 3]

>>> high_letter(3, "banana"):

[3, 5]
