Write a Python program that will ask a user what the x-coordinate and y-coordinate of their position is on a traditional Cartesian coordinate system. The program then will, using nested if statements, print out which quadrant the point lies within. However, if the point is on an axis, such as (0,2), the program will print that the point lies on an axis (for example, (0,2) is on the Y-axis and (2,0) is on the X-axis.
