Write a Python program that will calculate (and display) the total of the following series of numbers (using loop):

4 + 7 + 10 + 13 + + 25 + 28

Use function as follows: from the main function send the three arguments to the series_sum function. Three arguments are starting number of the series, last number of the series and the increment respectively. The series_sum function should return the total summation of the series to the main function (from where the series_sum function is called). The main function should print the results (total summation of the series).
