Write a Python program that will do the following, in this order:
1. Declare an initially empty list.
2. Input 15 floats from the user and add them, in the order they are entered, to the list.
3. Output the 15 floats in their order in the list by iterating through the list, then iterate through the list in reverse order, followed by their average (compute the sum via code, not a Python library function). Do not create/copy/change the list (e.g. dont use .reverse())
4. Output the amount of values in the list that are above the average, below the average, and equal to the average. (Note: do not sort the array.)
5. Output the highest and lowest numbers input (via code, not a Python library function).
*All numbers need to be printed to (only) one decimal place.
