My strengths were self confidence and having a positive attitude and outlook. I learned that I am a transformational leader. This is leader who is able to encourage find ways to grow and change. I am able to motivate people to achieve the objective by providing effective support. I have the opportunity to grow my leadership skills in emotional Intelligence. I feel that this is an area that you can never be too good at because everyday we encounter different emotions and situations. Having been in a leadership position I feel that dealing with others emotions can be challenging sometimes and it is something that requires great patience and empathy. Three things that I can do to improve my leadership skills are coaching. Getting a leadership coach and having mentors is something that has always inspired me to grow my skills and understand the values of being a great leader. The coach can help me realise my strengths and weaknesses better as well
