Write a simple C Language program, using GNU gcc compiler, and works with jGRASP like the lab distributed program environment. I use a similar environment to evaluate your work. Mandatory you upload .c file, and if requested print screen image(s). Any auxiliary files to make your program work need to be uploaded, too. (e.g data input file, .h file, etc.). Upload all in a zip folder file.

Programs should begin with comments: CS288:H3 Summer 2020; Program name; Author; Date Created. Print statements shall be displayed unless otherwise noted.

Keep it simple. ALL File IO writing using pointers. Error checking with fprintf, stderr, and exit(#) features.

The program would write append to a transaction_log.txt the current time stamp in the format of "Sun Aug 09 04:21:40 2020". Newline.

If input file exist on command line, the program is to read the contents from the input file called file1.txt given as a command line argument. The program would write append the contents of the input file to the transaction_log.txt file. Newline.

If no input file exist on command line, standard error output "No command line argument." and use exit return value 20.

If file message_log.txt does not exist then use a default error message line from a global constant variable called noErrMsgAvail. Example "Error 10 Err Msg File Not Found." Write append noErrMsgAvail out to transaction_log.txt . Newline. Also, standard error output "Err Msg File Not Found." and use exit return value 10.

If file message_log.txt does exist then the message_log.txt file should have "10: There are no arguments on the command line for input." The program would read from message_log.txt in the working directory, and write append the one line out to transaction_log.txt . Newline.

When the program completes without error, successfully, standard error output "No errors found." and use exit return value 100.
