They would really like to play more shows and get more people to listen to their music. The problem is that they live in a small town that is far from any large city. There are very few places to play their music in the town where they live. Right now, they do not really have enough money to drive back and forth to the city and they do not have enough money to move anywhere. a. Devise a goal setting plan that will help Jermaine and Monica get more shows and be heard by more people. In creating the goal setting plan include an explanation of the following: 1. Specific problem(s) being addressed 2. Alternative solutions that can be considered by the stakeholders. b. State the SMART goal that you have created for Jermaine and Monica.
