Write an individual report on an organisation of your choice that designs a

recommended strategic change to the business. Note that the emphasis is

on how to deliver the strategic change, NOT analysis to formulate the

strategy. You need to briefly introduce the desired change, then recommend

how the organisation could implement the improvement based on your

analysis of the context for change. You will form your design primarily using
