Write an interactive Java program to

a) Output an unsigned decimal number between 0 and 255 corresponding to an input 8-bit binary number(a string), and

b) Output an 8-bit binary number (as a string) corresponding to an input unsigned decimal number between 0 and 255.

You may NOT use any Java library method for converting a binary number to decimal or a decimal number to binary.
