When referring to an organization's vision statement it is used to define what the organization is focusing on to accomplish in the future. It$$s the vision statement that provides employees with motivation and inspiration to work towards the set concepts established by the organization they want to achieve. Employees need some degree of guidance to lead them to personal growth and to be able to take part in the success of the organization. Without a vision, it can lead to chaos and failures within as well as prevent the organization from being able to compete against others. Understanding the importance of a vision statement and what it means to organizations allows us to understand there is no hope for a future if this is no vision of the organization.
