Write at least three closed-ended questions that you might use in an interview of users of a word-processing package in order to develop ideas for the next version of the package. Test these questions by asking a friend to answer the questions; then interview your friend to determine why she responded as she did. From this interview, determine if she misunderstood any of your questions and, if so, rewrite the questions to be less ambiguous.
