you need to write swapRow() function that will change all characters in a row to another row.

• You may use logical operators && and ||

• You can use a temporary variable to hold the value of the first variable. For example - Swapping values of two variables a and b:

int temp = a;

a = b;

b = temp;

Example1: Enter first row you want swapped: 1

Enter second row you want swapped: 2
