Here are some notes observed during the observation: ETA received an ITP to develop a plan, however, there were 2 sessions listed on the verification. ETA was going to sign one plan for both sessions. However, QA lead explained that the participation level and schedule for both sessions are vary and needed to create one plan for the 1st session and update a new plan for the second session. We also discussed and determined how to verify the participation hours on the ITP and calculate the study time based on the number of units. ETA added ASMT2 activity in CalSAWs to develop post-secondary ed. plan only. QA explained that there is no ASMT2 required for SB 1232 students, unless there is a barrier removal activity is identified and being added to the plan. ETA understood and cancelled the activity and is advised to add a journal entry for the action. Review of the ES plan, ETA did not list whether the schedule is 'Set' or 'Flexible' for the activity. ETA is advised to ensure to
