Write loops to print the following pattern:

1 1

12 21

123 321

1234 4321

12345 54321

allowing the user to enter the number of lines in the pattern.

This is a java code problem for nested loops, if anyone can help with this I would greatly appreciate the help, I am terrible at nested loops, and dont fully understand them, Im trying to get help, but if anyone on here can show me how to do them, and comment on the code. it would really help me out a lot.
