• Write out your own Mediation Introduction (be sure to follow checklist)
  • See p. 64-70 and p. 142-143 in the Mediation: Empowerment in Conflict Management book
• Use your phone or webcam to record your mediation Introduction (this is usually 2 to 3 minutes). Be sure you are looking at the camera rather than directly reading your script, as it will be important to make eye contact with your disputants when you lead a mediation session.
