Write, test, and debug a complete RPAL program that defines and uses a function Prepend(v,T), which takes a value v and a tuple T, and returns the result of "prepending" value v on the left side of tuple T.

For example,

Prepend(1,(2,3,4)) = (1,2,3,4)
