Write a program that asks the user for the cost of his last purchase and then calculate the GST (7%) and PST (8%) and total amount paid and display this on the screen. The amounts shown should be in dollars and cents. (Two decimals shown). Use \t, and %% to produce the printout. Make your result look EXACTLY as shown below. Make sure the decimal point lines up correctly. Ask the user to enter the cost of his purchase BEFORE printing what's shown below. After getting user input CLEAR THE SCREEN using the command
