Write the python function

The dictionary stu_dict is a key-value dictionary where the key is the student, and the value is an integer of the number of credit hours they are taking Spring 2014. Write the python code necessary to find the student with the most credit hours taken. An example dictionary would be stu_dict = { Tom : 20, Bob : 14, Morton : 8 }. This is an example dictionary only.

You don't need to have any data for this. This is the only problem gave to us.
