This assignment relates to Chapters 11-16, and Chapter 19. Referring back to Chapter 11, section 11-1b, review the six elements of a contract. In your own words, explain what each element means, in detail. You must use the list from the textbook, not some other list from some other source. Just as the text uses example from real-life situations to help explain each concept, use your own hypothetical example for each element to help you explain each concept. Finally, discuss the remedies of monetary damages and injunctions, explaining what those concepts mean and when they are appropriate, including some discussion of the difference between direct damages and consequential damages.

Writing Assignment 2 must be at least four pages, double-spaced, and in MS Word or PDF format. Proofread your paper for clarity, organization, grammar, and spelling. These will be considered, along with the quality of your discussion of the subject matter, when awarding your grade for this assignment. I recommend including a brief introductory paragraph that lets the reader know what you are about to discuss and using subheadings to break up your paper into small chunks that make it easy for the reader to navigate.
