Overall Mean 3.14 Good Good The respondents expressed that the tangibility of the service quality of Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport is good with an Overall Mean (3.14) due to its complete facilities and equipment which function properly and give satisfaction to the passengers. Also. the personnel provlded easy to understand information to its passengers. The highest mean (3.37) and has verbal interpretation of Very Good, is the statement focusing on the facilities and equipment which function properly and give satisfaction to the passengers. This is aligned with the claim of Baloch. Jamel-ed and Zarnan. (2014) that tsngibiiity is a distinct dimension of the service quality of the terminal which covers the facilities, inlrastructure. and personnel that once given emphasis and delivered proper services. it will provide satisfaction and positive comments from the passengers. Also. the second highest mean (3.13) and the third (3.03) discussed the facilities of the terminal which provide good satisfaction to its passengers. The two remaining statements with both means of 3.08 stated that the terminal personnel and staff provide information and assistance to its passengers that lead to a rate at good satisfaction
