X Bhd's CEO was Jacob. The company dealt with manufacturing computer parts for public listed companies like Dell,Microsoft Acer etc. They recently were involved in a financial scandal that had affected their listing requirements. As a result of this the CEO Jacob resigned. In employing Jacob they never performed any form of job analysis, person specification or job description. Jacob was 'head hunted' by the chairman of the Board of X Bhd. Many of the senior management have complained that head hunting someone to fill a position is never ever successful or profit making.
