Later in the semester, you will submit an Organization Analysis-a written report analyzing the management practices of an organization. You may complete the report individually or in a team of two or three students. If you wish to complete the project in a team, please send me the names of your team members ASAP if you haven't already. Review the Organization Analysis Guidelines and submit a brief proposal for your analysis. In your proposal, include the following elements: 1. Identify the organization you wish to study. 2. Identify which aspect of management (e.g., organizational culture, social responsibility, strategic management, organizational structure, innovation management, motivation, etc.) will be the focus of your analysis. 3. Briefly describe which management concepts, frameworks, and/or theories you will use in your analysis. For example, an analysis of innovation management would incorporate Exhibit 7.1.
