y varies directly as x and inversely as sqrt w

y=48 when x=6 and w=8

find y wen x=4 and w=18

i assume y=kx/sqrt(w)

but solving for k

and then plugging in new x and w values

doesn't arrive at the right answer. what am i doing wrong.
