Yaakov is the CEO of a medical facility that dispenses the COVID$-19$ vaccine. Yaakov is aware that over the past few years, many of the workers have been operating double and even triple shifts to meet the crazy demand during the Cronavirus pandemic. Yaakov has decided to reward all the employees with a day at the park for every employee and their families and a gala BBQ$.$ Yaakov has also decided to have some friendly competitive games like running, jumping, a home run derby and other sports to give all employees, even those that are the least paid, a chance to feel important and excel. Yaakov has even promised prizes in the form of days off for those who win these games. Yaakov also promised to compete himself in many of the games $$to get some days off!$$ as he wrote in an email to everyone. A sixty two year old employee has notified Yaakov that due to his age he cannot really compete and that these games discriminate against him, due to his age, and that if Yaakov goes ahead with the plan he will sue Yaakov.
