The administrator also had lost part of the test booklet (which contain the testing instructions) and instead went by memory.

Hint - For valid IQ tests, the instructions are standardized. This means that everyone giving the test should follow the instructions exactly as written. In other words, all persons administering the test should do so in the same way.
